Phone Number
Search
Press Select to enter the Phonebook Number Search menu. For more

Add Entry
Press Select to enter the Phonebook Add Entry menu. For more information, see
Phonebook Add Entry Menu .
Group Search
Press Select to enter the Phonebook Group Search menu. For more information,
see Phonebook Group Search Menu .
Add Group
Press Select to enter the Phonebook Add Group menu. For more information, see
Phonebook Add Group Menu .
Print List
Press Select to print the phonebook stored on your printer.
Phonebook Name Search Menu
You can access the Phonebook Name Search menu by selecting Name Search from the Phonebook menu.

Window Use the keypad to enter a letter. The list automatically scrolls to the appropriate place in
the phonebook.
Speed dial The names for the speed dial entries are shown. The number of speed dials listed
depends on the number of speed dials specified on your printer.
Phonebook Number Search Menu
You can access the Phonebook Number Search menu by selecting Speed Dial Search from the
Phonebook menu.

You can access the Phonebook Edit Entry menu by pressing Menu when a speed dial number is
highlighted in either the Phonebook Number Search or Phonebook Name Search menus.
