Print and then click the Properties button, you will get this same driver
properties window.
Open up Word and create a new document.

Select the Dell Color Laser Printer from the printers list

Click the Properties button to the right.

This brings up Driver Properties.

Click on the Paper Tray Tab.

Change the Paper Source to MPF.

Click the Paper Tab.

Select in paper size, Transparency.

Select for Output Size, Same as Paper Size.

Now the printer driver is setup correctly.

Page Setup.

Click the Paper Tab.

Change Paper Size to Legal.

Change the Paper source settings BOTH to "DEFAULT TRAY AS PER PRINTER".

Type in some gibberish in the body of the document and click Print!
