Table 8 shows the parameters that vary in each well of a 96-well plate. The protocol
includes the following well sets:
• Well set ABCD 1-3: Square wave, 200–300 V, 2000 μF, 1000
Ω, 20 ms
• Well set ABCD 4-6: Square wave, 250V, 2000 μF, 1000
Ω, 15-25 ms
