Remove the lid and check the oil level every
50 hours. Add oil as required.
If the oil level is rising between checks, this indicates
water under the oil, due to loose lid, leaking seals or
condensation. Drain off water at the drain plug
.
Check indicator shaft seals and silicone sealant in
shaft keyways .
Every 5000 acres (2000 hectares), drain and replace
the oil. The amount required is approximately
1.5 gallons or 5.5 liters.
