Delete a method
Allows a method to be deleted. After is pressed the
following display appears:
Enter Method Number

Select method
Entry of the method number N which is to be deleted. After
confirmation with the following display appears:
Delete Method # N?
to Delete
to Abort
Confirmation of deletion process
Delete selected method N.
Abort deletion process.
