Coulometer as Sender :
max. characters: 2 characters at 300...9600 baud
16 characters at ≥ 19200 baud

Handshake input ports on the Coulometer (CTS) are not checked.
Handshake output ports (DTR, RTS) are set by the Coulometer.
The Coulometer has an input buffer which can accept up to 512 characters.
