INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The ceiling adaptor will allow use of Lite Box® trims in 1

" thick ceilings. Installation is as follows.

1. Note the location of the three clips on the adaptor. For

proper fit and installation this end of the adaptor must be

installed on the housing plaster flange.

2. Place the adaptor over the housing plaster flange. The

trim retaining spring holders on

the adaptor should be located

directly below the spring brackets

in the Lite Box® housing.

3. Press the adaptor onto the plaster

flange until it seats against the

bottom of the Lite Box® housing.

The adaptor may be somewhat

difficult to press on but this is inherent

as a tight fit is needed.

4. The bottom of the adaptor ring must be flush

with the bottom of the finished ceiling when

installed.
For installation of the Lite Box® housing and

trims see instruction sheets provided with

those products.

qualified service personnel. Product must be grounded to avoid potential electric shock or other potential hazard.

Product must be mounted in locations and at heights and in a manner consistent with its intended use, and in

compliance with the National Electrical Code and local codes. The use of accessory equipment not recommended by

the manufacturer or installed contrary to instructions may cause an unsafe condition. Do not block light emanating from

product in whole or part, as this may cause an unsafe condition. Do not allow items such as drapes, curtains, screens or

the like to come into contact with the product or to block light from the product, as this may cause an unsafe condition.
