Reflector
Housings with DCB Option:
1. Follow the instructions outlined above for installing the housing and either the open or regressed lens reflector.
2. Unlike the housings with Quartz Restrike, the DCB housings are supplied with the leads from the emergency lamp socket unwired.
3. Remove the J-Box Cover(s) and locate the two leads from the emergency lamp socket. Splice these two leads to a separate
emergency circuit. Replace J-Box Cover(s).
CAUTION: Separate DCB circuit is 120V supply only.
4. Install correct double contact bayonet base quartz lamp per table below.

Regressed Lens Reflectors:
1. After the housing is installed, extend the QR/DCB conduit assembly down through the housing aperture
as shown.
2. Place the end of the cast socketholder through the 7/8" diameter hole in the side of the upper reflector. Secure it by pushing the
retaining clip onto the detents on the end of the socketholder from the inside of the reflector. (See illustration below.)
3. Very Carefully follow the instruction sheet (93010491) provided with the regressed lens reflector to install the upper and lower
reflector sections. (Instruction sheets are also available online).
4. Install correct double contact bayonet base quartz lamp per table below.
*NOTE! Due to size limitations, the QR/DCB lamps for the regressed lens
trims are limited to the following lamp wattages:
For the STH602CL, DL, PL, FL, use a 50W max. T3 or T4 Quartz Lamp.
For the STH802CL, DL, PL, FL, use a 100W max. T4 Quartz Lamp.
