Select pulse dialling mode
make/break ratio
Determines the make/break ratio which is used in pulse dialling mode. The default setting
depends on the country. If it is valid, the parameter value is rewritten to S28 bits 3 and 4.

&P3 Selects a 33%−67% make/break ratio at 20 pulses per
second.
