9.2 EU Declaration of Conformity
9.3 Warranty
Heidolph Instruments provides a three-year warranty on the products de-
scribed herein (with the exception of glass and consumable parts) subject to
registration using the enclosed warranty card or via the Internet
(www.heidolph.com). The warranty period begins at the time of registration.
Without registration, the serial number of the instrument shall apply. This war-
ranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Transit damage is exclud-
ed from this warranty.
To obtain such warranty service, contact Heidolph Instruments (phone:

– 9122 - 9920-69) or your local Heidolph Instruments Dealer. If defects in
material or workmanship are found, your item will be repaired or replaced free
of charge.
Misuse, abuse, neglect or improper installation are not covered by this warran-
ty promise.
