3.5 Responsibilities of the operator
 Keep the instrument in technically sound condition.
 Ensure that the instrument is only used by qualified personnel.
 Ensure that the circulating chiller is installed in an appropriate place.
 The circulating chiller must not be modified by the user or the operating
personnel.
3.6 Responsibilities of the operating personnel
 Ensure that the cooling liquid can be safely used.
 Ensure that pipes and connections of the cooling liquid are leak-proof and
not bent.
 Ensure that the mains connection line is in perfect condition.
3.7 Qualifications of the operating personnel
The circulating chiller is designed for use by qualified chemical and technical
specialists. It may only be used by persons that have been instructed in its
proper use.
3.8 Safety-conscious work
Heidolph Instruments will not be held liable for injury and/or damage arising
from improper use.
