7 Maintenance, cleaning, service
7.1 Maintenance
The liquefier is located on the base panel of the Rotacool mini casing. Cooling
air is drawn through it from below. Avoid light particles in the air intake on the
bottom of the device. The base panel should be cleaned from time to time.
Remove the circulating chiller power cable and empty the device entirely
(see chapter 8.1.2 page 36), remove the cooling hoses on the rear of the
device and tilt the casing over onto its side.
You can clean the air intake on the base panel with a vacuum cleaner or
brush. However, refrain from using any sharp-edged or pointed objects.
The circulating chiller should be placed upright again immediately after
cleaning. Before reactivating, wait about 20 minutes, so the oil in the com-
pressor can collect again.
