In this case, the reagent – or diluent – first and then the sample are aspirated into a pipette tip.
Both liquids are initially separated by an air bubble. In the case of larger sample volumes, the air
bubble can dissolve following aspiration. A pipetting option can be used for dispensing both
liquids.
Aquí se aspiran el reactivo – o diluyente – en primer lugar y a continuación la muestra junto con
una punta de pipeta. Ambos líquidos son separados inicialmente por medio de una burbuja de
aire. En el caso de volúmenes de muestra más grandes, la burbuja de aire se puede disolver al
final de la aspiración. Puede usarse una opción de pipeteo para dispensar los dos líquidos.
