Responsibilities of parties

It is imperative that all owners and users of the SRT
read, understand, and conform to all applicable
regulations. Ultimate compliance to OSHA regula-
tions is the responsibility of the employer using the
equipment.

ANSI Standard A92.6-1990 clearly identifies
requirements of all parties who might be
involved with Self Propelled Elevating Work
Platforms.

AUSTRALIAN / NZ STANDARD AS2550-10
1994 Also identifies the requirements of all
parties who might be involved with Self
Propelled Elevating Work Platforms.

A reprint of the “Manual of Responsibilities for
Dealers, Owners, Users, Operators, Lessors
and Lessees of ANSI/SIA A92.6-1990 Self
Propelled Elevating Work Platforms” is
available from Snorkel dealers or from the
factory upon request.

Copies are also available from the Scaffold
Industry Association, Inc., 14039 Sherman

The use of optional equipment is discussed in the
“Options” chapter 11.
