If you use C-video connections, your finished connections will be similar.
Connecting to a Television Signal
The display doesn’t have a tuner. To view television on the display, you need to do one of the
following:
m Connect the cable TV or television antenna to your VCR, then connect the VCR to the
display.
m If you have a TV tuner card in your computer, connect the cable TV or television antenna
to the TV tuner card port on your computer and connect the computer to the display.
For information on how to connect cable TV to your VCR, see the documentation that came
with your VCR. For information on how to connect cable TV to the TV tuner card in your
computer, see the documentation that came with the TV tuner card or your computer.
For information on how to connect a VCR to the display, see “Connecting Video Equipment”
on page 51.
Note: To change channels, you need to use the VCR controls or remote control.

Make sure you properly connected the video equipment to the display.

Turn the video equipment on.

If necessary, start up your computer.

Do one of the following:
m To view a video, insert a videocassette into the VCR or camcorder and use the controls on
your VCR or camcorder to play the video.
