8.1.2 Printing the Document Received in a Confidential User Box
Printing the Document Received in a Confidential User Box
When your FK-502 receives a document classified as Restricted access, the
FK-502 prints out a Restricted access reception report automatically.
Perform the following procedure to print the document received in a
Confidential User Box.

Press [Box] on the control panel.

When an optional hard disk is installed, select the box set as
[Confidential User Box] from [Public User Box] or [Personal User Box].
When a hard disk is not installed, select the box from [Confidential User
Box].

When the password for access to the box is set, enter the password in
the screen displayed and press [OK].
– Up to 8 digits can be entered for the password.

Select the Confidential box No. using or and then press
[Print].

Press [Start].
The document in the designated Confidential User Box will be printed
out.

Detail
To interrupt operation, press [Close].
After you print a document received in a confidential box, the document
is erased.
