Note
The display positions of the [Address Book], [Direct Input], [Job History]
and [Address Search] tabs differ depending on the settings specified for
the Scan/Fax Settings parameters in Utility mode. For details, refer to
“Setting the initial state of Fax/Scan screen (Scan/Fax Settings)” on
page 10-19.

1 [Check Job] button Displays a list of selected destinations in the left panel of
the screen.
2 [Job List] button Displays a list of jobs being executed and a list of pending
jobs in the left panel of the screen.
3 [Address Book] tab Displays a screen for selecting a registered destination.

4 Message display area Displays machine status and operating procedures that
need to be carried out at that time.
5 [Direct Input] tab Displays a screen for entering destinations directly.

6 [Job History] tab Displays a screen for selecting destinations from the Job

7 [Address Search] tab Displays a screen for searching for destinations on the

8 No. of destinations Displays the no. of destinations specified.
9 [Off-Hook] button This is touched for manual transmission or reception.

10 Setting area This area is for setting destinations and functions.
11 [Communication Settings]
button Displays a menu for line settings and settings concerning
timer transmissions and communications in general.
