10.14 Registering transmission source name and fax
number (Header Information)
Sender name and fax number are registered.
Sender: Within 30 characters.

Multiple sender names can be registered to be output to the documents
sent to the receiver as sender information.
- If the optional fax multi line is installed, fax IDs of the additional lines are
registered in [Sender Fax No.] of [Multi Line Settings] in the Administrator
Settings.
Sender Fax No.: Within 20 characters using 0 to 9, +, space, *, #

Registered fax number is printed on the originals received by the recipi-
ent as Header Information.
Registering Header Information

Display the Administrator Settings screen as described in “Displaying
Administrator Settings screen” on page 10-4.

Touch [Fax Settings].
– Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered
and selected on the keypad. For [Fax settings], enter [8] on the key-
pad.
