Specifying the Fax Header Settings

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.

Load the original.
– For details on loading originals, refer to “Loading the original” on
page 2-7.

Touch [Communication Settings].

Touch [Fax Header Settings].

Specify whether to add the fax header.
– For European model, if [Header Position] of the Utility mode is set
to [OFF] and [Yes] is selected in the Fax Header Settings screen, the
header information is added to the header.
– For North American model, [Header Position] of the Utility mode
cannot be set to [OFF].
