Verifying the integrity of files saved on the hard disk during startup
(mode 430)
The integrity of files saved on the hard disk is verified when the machine is
turned on.

Specifying the setting
During the production of this unit, the settings in the shaded cells were se-
lected. The numbers on the right side indicate the page numbers with de-
scriptions for the corresponding function.

Note
If bit 5 of mode 430 is set to “1” in the Soft SW Setting screen, it may take
some time until the initial screen appears when the machine is turned on
if many files have been saved in the boxes.
