Select the communication mode. Touch [HDD], and then touch [Next].

Select the box where the data is to be saved. Touch the button for the
index containing the box.
– Touch [User Box Name] to select a box by entering the box number.
The list of boxes contained in the index appears.

Select the index tab, select the location where the data is to be saved
from the list of displayed boxes, and then touch [Next].
Select default Communication Mode.
