Document lists
The status of documents in the document list is indicated with the following fl ags.
•
Flag legend
V : Document has been viewed.
P : Document has been printed.
T : Document was sent at a designated time.
E : Document was sent via “Quick Send.”
N : The [Do Not Save] option is selected. (See “Mailbox Management” in Chapter 1).
M : Document was sent as e-mail.
