Activates communication with a display and sets optimum output display timing
and color depth.

2: DVI-forced
1: Activates optimization mechanism
0,2: Deactivates optimization
mechanism. DVI-forced outputs 8 bit
per color only. DVI/HDMI selects
color depth automatically.
