5 Click on Operation->Softkeys and XML

Click on Operation->Programmable Keys
or
Click on Operation->Expansion Module .
Note: Depending on your phone-model, the key configuration screen displays. The 6757i Key
Screen is shown as an example.
6 Select a softkey or programmable key to configure.
7 In the "Type" field, select "XML”.
8 For the 9480i, 9480i CT, 6755i, 6757i, and 6757i CT softkeys:
In the "Label" field, enter the name of the person who’s extension you are monitoring.
