Floor anchoring of stand-alone systems
In seismic areas, it is recommended that the installation be bolted to the floor, and that the batteries be
secured in the Enclosure by the Battery Securing Brackets.
 For floor anchoring, use the 2 transport brackets that were used to secure the UPS to the pallet
during transport.
 Align the 4 holes in the bottom angle of the Floor Anchoring Bracket on either side of the
Enlosures to the pre-drilled holes in the floor

Recommended minimum number of floor bolts per Enclosure: 4 (1 in each corner).
Recommended floor bolt size: 5/16(3/8) in/8 mm.
