Shade Installation Instructions

CAUTION: PLACING AN UNBALANCED LOAD OF 4 LBS. OR MORE ON
TABLE TOP MAY CAUSE LAMP TO TIP.

To Install Shade

(Figures 2 & 3)

I Washer

J Diffuser

K Shade

L Socket

M Threaded Stud

1. Finial (H) and washer (I) are shipped installed on threaded

stud (M). Remove finial (H) and washer (I) from threaded

stud (M) and save for later use.

2. Loosen socket set screw and screw threaded stud (M) into

the top of the socket (L). Ensure that beaded sided of

threaded stud is installed up. The shade will rest on

the beaded portion of the stud. Retighten socket set screw.

3. Install bulbs into socket (L). “C” version bulbs are included.

4. Slip shade (K), diffuser (J) and washer (I) onto threaded stud

(M) on top of socket (L). See Figure 3 for washer orientation.

5. Thread finial (H) onto threaded stud (M) and tighten until

snug. Be careful not to over tighten.
