Installation Instructions
To Mount Fixture to Wall

CAUTION: MAKE SURE WIRE CONNECTORS ARE TWISTED ON
SECURELY, AND NO BARE WIRES ARE EXPOSED.
6. Carefully tuck all wires behind the fixture assembly and
inside the wall mount bracket and place the fixture firmly
onto bracket (B) and fasten with #8 black screws (E) on top.
7. Install two remaining black screws (E) in bottom of fixture
attaching to wall mounting bracket (B).

1. Remove round block (H) from fixture assembly (A) by re-
moving thumb screw (L). Remove #8 screw (K) and rubber
& metal washers (J & N). Round block and hardware are
shipped installed (Figure 2).
2. Attach glass (I) to round block (H) using #8 screw (K), rubber
washer (J) and steel washer (N) (Figure 3).
Note: Be sure not to over tighten the screw.
3. Thread bulb (not included), into socket (M).
4. Tilt glass (I) over bulb and fasten round block (H) to fixture
assembly (A) using the thumb screw (L) (Figure 4).
5. Restore electricity at main breaker.
