Alarm
This feature allows you to set up to 3 alarms to ring at specified times. The Auto power feature causes the phone
to turn on automatically and ring the alarm, so you won’t miss an alarm even if the phone is turned off.
To set an alarm:
1.
From Idle mode, press Menu
➔
Organizer
➔
Alarm and press the Select soft key or
.
2.
Select an alarm and press the Select soft key or
.
3.
Enter a name for the alarm, if desired.
4.
Press the Down Navigation key to Alarm activation , then use the Right Navigation key to select On.
5.
Press the Down Navigation key to Alarm time. Enter the time you want the Alarm to sound.
6.
Press the Down Navigation key to Alarm type and press
to select an alarm type:
• Melody: the alarm rings using the selected ring melody.
• Increasing melody: the volume of the melody increases.
• Vibration: the phone vibrates but does not play a tone.
• Vibration then melody: the phone vibrates 3 times and then starts playing a melody.
• Vibration and melody: the phone vibrates and plays the melody simultaneously.
• Vibration and increasing melody: the phone vibrates and increases the volume of the melody.
7.
Press the Down Navigation key to Alarm tone. Press
to display a list of tones, then press
to select
a tone.
8.
Press the Down Navigation key to Alarm volume, and press the Left or Right Navigation key to decrease or
increase the volume.
9.
Press the Down Navigation key to Recurrence and press the
key. Press
to mark or unmark
recurrence options: Everyday, Once only, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or
Saturday.
10.
Press the Down Navigation key to Snooze. Press the Right Navigation key to select one of the following
times: Off, 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 7 min, or 10 min.
