Action Memo

Use Action Memo to jot down or draw a note, and then select
the memo to perform various actions, such as adding
contacts or sending a email.

To launch Action Memo:

� With the S Pen button pressed, double-tap the screen.

Touch

Action Memo, and then touch

Create.

Alarm

Set alarms for reminders or for wake-up times.

1. Touch

Alarm.

2. Touch

Turn alarm on to activate the alarm. A gray

alarm means the alarm is deactivated.

3. Touch an alarm to change any of its settings and then

touch Save to save the updates.

Note: When an alarm is set,

displays in the Status Bar.

Setting Alarms

� Touch

Create, set a time for the alarm to go off,

select days for the alarm to repeat, and then touch

Save.

• Location alarm: Set a location. The alarm goes off

only when you are in the location.

• Snooze: Set the alarm to repeat after you touch the

Snooze button.

Set an interval for the alarm to repeat.

Set the number of times for the alarm to repeat.

• Smart alarm: Set a time for the alarm to quietly go off

and increase in volume before the preset time.

Interval: Set an interval for the smart alarm to

repeat.

–

Tone: Choose a tone for the Smart alarm.

• Name: Give the alarm a name.
