UTC Timing Delay: If there is a known clock timing delay in the acquisition system it
can be entered here.
Attitude Correction Threshold: If the attitude data changes more than the
indicated amount between pings, the ping is flagged as bad and not used.
Use Attitude Edit Files: If the attitude data was manually edited with the Attitude
Editor, then the saved edits can be applied with this option.
Generate HTF: With this
checkbox selected, HTF files
will be generated. Click the
Settings
button to enter
metadata information as
shown to the right. Please if
this option was selected the
processing time will greatly
increase!
FTS in GSF file: Checking
this box will include the footprint time series (snippets) data in the XTF into the
GSF file for processing later using the Geocoder module. Geocoder is a third-party
application developed by CCOM embedded within Perspective for processing snippet
and backscatter data.

allows the user to activate
automated beam filters which
can be applied to reduce the
amount of manual cleaning
required.
