Importing Users
Administrators can make a Windows domain user a Storage Management
Appliance user by using the Import feature. The import feature is a convenient
way to add a Storage Management Appliance user with the same user name and
password the person uses to access their local network.
Access the Import User page ( Figure 20 ) by clicking the Import button on the
Users page ( Figure 18 on page 26).
Note: The Import button is only available when the Storage Management Appliance
is part of a domain. See “ Domain Membership ” on page 43 for more information.
