Active Alerts view
The Active Alerts view provides a listing of alerts for the managed enclosures in the Operations
Manager database. The Alert details panel shows new knowledge base text under the Knowledge
section. The Active Alerts view displays active alerts associated with HP OneView Virtual Connect
classes. To display details for an alert, select the Virtual Connect alert from the Active Alerts pane.
The Alert Details pane displays HP Knowledge Base text with the originated Windows NT Event
message in the Alert Description. Event processing rules included with the HP OneView
VirtualConnect Management Pack identify and display HP Virtual Connect events received in the
Windows Event Log as Operations Manager alerts. These events are located in the HP OneView
Management Event Log and are generated by the HP OneView Event Manager Service.
