To edit a term

1.

In the Available area, select the term you want to modify.
The term is displayed in the Glossary Term text field.

2.

Make your changes to the term.

3.

Click Update.

NOTE:

Deleting a term

To delete a term

1.

If the term you want to delete is associated with the object that you are currently

viewing, remove the association as described in

Associating a glossary term with an

object

” on page 59.

2.

In the Available area, select the term you want to delete.

3.

Click Delete.

Encyclopedia deletes the glossary term.
This action deletes the term completely, so it is no longer available for any other objects

with which it may have been associated. Therefore, do not delete a glossary term from

Encyclopedia unless you are sure that there is no need for it to be associated with any

other objects.

Guided analysis

Guided analysis provides you with suggested navigation paths—or storylines—through

objects in InfoView. When you view an object, a storyline suggests other objects that you

may want to view and, if possible, displays a list of the objects in the storyline that lead to

the current object that you are viewing.
