CAUTION:

Please check the following before confirming the pair status change operation:
• Before a Split operation is performed, ensure that I/O processing for the primary volume

is not being performed because this operation might result in incomplete data in the
secondary volume.

• Before a Resync operation, ensure that the data in the secondary volume is no longer

required because this operation will overwrite the secondary volume data.

• Before a Restore operation is performed ensure that the data in the primary volume is

no longer required because this operation will overwrite the primary volume data.

• Ensure the value of the copy pace is correct because this operation may take longer if

an incorrect value is used.

7.

Check the specified settings and click Confirm.

The Finish page appears.

8.

Click Finish.

The settings specified in the wizard are registered as tasks. Check the Status column for the tasks
to make sure that the status of the copy pair was changed successfully. To view the tasks, from
the Explorer menu, select Tasks and then Tasks.

TIP:

In 3DC Delta Resync configurations, executing pair operations against Cnt Ac-S or Cnt Ac-J (DeltaUR)
changes the related copy group status. Refresh configuration after the Task execution. If the related
copy group status is not changed, execute the Refresh Copy Group operation.
