REPLACING BLOCKS
Please note that thermal blocks in Prime and PrimeG thermal cyclers are not interchangeable.
Thermal blocks can be replaced under warranty in case of product breakdown and mechanical or
electrical failure, but this must be performed by a Qualified Bibby Scientific Service Engineer and may
require the unit to be returned to the factory.
