10. When the following dialog box appears after finishing the
RASplus installation, select Install MSXML application and
click Finish. Installing the MSXML is required for RASplus
to initiate.
11. Click Next.
12. Select I accept the terms in the License Agreement,
and click Next.
13. Enter User Name and Organization, and click Next.
