3.4 Write/Protect and Simulation functions
The "Write/Protect" function prevents changes to device settings. The "Simulation" function lets
the user test the device and the fieldbus network.
INFORMATION!
The manufacturer sets the "Write/Protect" and the "Simulation" DIP switches to the OFF
position in the factory.
