4.2.4 Troubleshooting The Lodar Remote
LED ON
TRANSMITTER
5V LED is OFF:
Check power supply at Lodar input.
FAULT LED FLASHES
Switch OFF Receiver then
Switch ON Receiver.
If FAULT LED FLASHES then
immediately PRESS and
HOLD SET for 5 seconds.
The Transmitter should now have
been re-registered to the Receiver
Set LED is OFF
5V LED is ON:
Check the LED marked FAULT
If power IS
present: Lodar
has a FAULT;
speak to your
supplier
Check LED marked SET
FAULT LED is activated and
SET LED is OFF: then the
relevant output has a fault
LED OFF
when one or
more buttons
are pressed
LED ON
when each
Button is
Pressed
LED OFF and
does not BLINK
All LED’s LIGHT: Re-connect output wires one at a time
into sockets checking each time that they still operate?
Lodar has a FAULT;
speak to your supplier
Press all Function
Buttons in turn
Release the
STOP Button
Release the SET Button
Transmitter
FAULT
Transmitter

FAULT LED is ON :
Lodar has detected an overload; Switch
OFF Receiver and disconnect ALL output
wires from sockets. Switch ON Receiver
Check LED marked FAULT
SET LED is ON:
Operate Transmitter Buttons one
at a time and check that
the corresponding output
LED switches ON
Lodar has a FAULT; speak to your supplier
FAULT LED
is not activated
Lodar OK
Set LED is OFF
One or more LED’s
FAIL to light
Repair FAULT
Fit new battery
Re-register Transmitter with Receiver
LED OFF
LED OFF
LED BLINKS
Keypad is OK
LED
BLINKS
Press the SET Button
RECEIVER
Check LED marked 5V
Check power supply is ON
If power is
NOT present:
make the power
supply good
FAULT LED is ON
Lodar has a FAULT;
speak to your supplier
Press SET
Check LED marked SET
FAULT LED
is OFF
