until you see the time you want the lights to turn on. Press the Select
Features up arrow key and "Cycle #1 -- End Time" (The time for lights
to be turned off) will be displayed. Enter the time as before, then press
the Select Feature up arrow. This process will continue for each light
cycle you selected. When you press the Select features up arrow after
programming the final light cycle, the controller will then display
"Artificial Light Relay #8" This reminds you that stage eight on this
controller is the stage operated by the artificial light feature.

OSC High

This feature will automatically align the house for Tunnel

Ventilation. When outside temperature reaches the OSC setpoint the
controller will shut the vent inlets and send a signal for the tunnel
curtain to open. Then the controller will engage all fans on the stages
designated "Cool Negative Tunnel" When selecting this feature the
controller will ask for the following:

"OSC High Limit" -- The setpoint for entering tunnel mode.

"OSC Differential" -- The amount in degrees below the setpoint

when the machine will exit tunnel mode.

"OSC Signal" -- if "yes" is selected the controller will show you

which stage will send the signal to the device controlling the tunnel
inlet.

Split OSC Target

This setting requires the controller to change its pressure setpoint

during tunnel ventilation. The controller will still seek to maintain a
constant negative pressure, but you may set the pressure to a much
lower pressure (.05 " w.c. for example) allowing a much higher air flow
rate. (Greatly increasing cooling efficiency.) When Split OSC target is
selected, the controller will prompt you for the OSC target Pressure.
Use the change setting up or down arrow keys to select your OSC
target.

Split Machines

When this feature is selected, the controller will only use the tunnel

machine as a vent machine. The normal vent machine will close all the
way, until the controller comes out of tunnel mode. While the controller
comes out of tunnel mode, the tunnel curtain will close, and the vents
will open to the point necessary to maintain the negative pressure
setting.

Vents in Tunnel Open or Closed

This feature allows you to choose whether you want your vents to

be opened or closed whenever the machine is in tunnel mode. This
option is not available unless Split Machines (above) is selected. If you
have chosen closed, the machines will operate as told above (in the Split
Machines section). And if you choose “Open” for your vent position, the
normal vent machine will open completely whenever the controller goes
into tunnel mode.
