If you selected [Select Group], click the [Select] button. The [Select Groups] dialog box
opens. Select the groups to be printed. Click the [OK] button to close the dialog box.

• You can also use the [File Information] (see “Checking File Information” on page 2-3) to
enter the [Comment]. When the print comment is entered or changed, it is reflected in the
comment of [File Information] dialog box.
• Up to 127 characters can be entered in the [Comment] entry box. However, the number of
characters that is actually printed is limited.
• If you set [Range] to [Cursor] in the [Printout Setup] dialog box, the range specified by the
cursors will be printed. If the cursors are not being displayed, selecting this option is the
same as selecting [All].
