Defib/Pacer Parameters
The Defib/Pacer parameters allow you to view and modify functions related to performing
defibrillation and pacing with an X Series unit. The main level parameters in this menu include:

Adult Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy
The Adult Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy parameter allows you to set the energy level of the external
paddle for adult patients.
The values for the Adult Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy parameter are:
Pediatric Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy
The Pediatric Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy parameter allows you to set the energy level of the
external paddle for pediatric patients.
The values for the Pediatric Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy parameter are:
Neonate Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy
The Neonate Defib Ext. Pdl. Energy parameter allows you to set the energy level of the external
paddle for neonate patients.
