Operating Your Aastra IP Phone Using the Phone UI
Use the following procedure to access the Services Menu.
Park List
Allows you to view a list of parked calls via your IP
Phone UI, and select a parked call from the list.
“Parking/Picking Up An Incoming
Call”
Operator
Allows you to enable or disable the following:
•
Duty Status - Allows you to specify whether or
not someone is available to answer the phone.
Turns the Operator duty, On or Off.
•
Schedule Override - Allows an operator to
override the current schedule specified. Sets
the Operator schedule to “Open” or “Closed”.
Note: Your administrator must enable your phone
as “Operator” to use these Operator features.

Press the Option button
on the phone key pad. (Or press the Options key on model 9143i
and 9480i IP Phones.)

Select Services from the Options Menu.

To go to an option, use

to scroll through the list, or press the number corresponding to
the option.

Use the softkeys that display for each option to change a selected option.

Press Done to save the changes.

Press the

button at any time to exit without saving
changes.
