Operating Your Aastra IP Phone Using the Phone UI
Use the following procedure to access the Options Menu.

Step Action
1 Press the Option button on the phone key pad. (Or press the Options key on model 9143i
and 9480i IP Phones.)
2 To go to an option, use and to scroll through the list, or press the number corresponding to
the option.
3 Press the Select softkey, the button, or press the number of the option to select it.
4 Use the softkeys that display for each option to change a selected option.
5 Press Done to save the changes.
6 Press the button, the button, or the

button at any time to exit without saving
changes.
