Calibrating the 7800 dosing pump
Procedure Pump display
1. Fill the dosing head and the suction pipe with
the product to be dosed
2. Switch off the pump. The green LED flashes.
3. Fill a graduated test tube with the product to
be dosed, Q1
DME 2 : approx. 40 ml
DME 8 : approx. 150 ml
DME 12 : approx. 250 ml
DME 19 : approx. 500 ml
DME 48 : approx. 1000 ml
4. Read the value Q1 and note it.
5. Insert the suction pipe into the test tube.

6. Access the Calibration menu
Menu key and then "+" until CALIBR
7. Press the Menu key twice .
8. The pump takes 100 samples.
9. The display indicates the factory parameter value.
10. Remove the suction pip from the test tube and
read Q

11. Enter the value Qd = Q1 - Q2.
12. Press the Menu key to confirm.
13. The pump is programmed and the display
returns to read mode.
