6) Connect the dosing pump to the 230V mains electricity.
Connect the dosing pump network connector into the mains electricity socket.
7) Check that the dosing pump "Operating mode" is set to "Analog". (see the type 7800
dosing pump user manual).
8) Purge the dosing pump.
At each new dosage, purge the dosing pump. To purge the dosing
pump, proceed as follows:
- Insert the suction tube with foot valve into the active product reservoir.
- Gently turn the purge (located on the side of the dosing pump, see
diagram across) 1/4 turn (max. 1 turn).
- Press the pump 100% key until the liquid comes out of the purge or
until the liquid is visible in the pressure tube.
- Close the purge by hand.
9) Enter the required dosage rate (DR) in the control unit and, if necessary, reset the daily
counter to zero (see also the konti-Dos 8025 - 8035 transmitter user manual). - 8035
konti-Dos).
- Access the function DR = X,XX %.
- Press the Enter key for at least 4 secs, until the display
flashes.
- Using the keys below the display, modify the value of the
dosing rate.
- Confirm by pressing the Enter key.
REMARK
If you use caustic dosing products, we recommend that you fill the
pump with water on the first filling. Perform a complete purge of the
dosing pump water and then insert the supply pipe into the receptacle
containing the caustic product. Ensure that no caustic product comes
into contact with the skin.
DANGER
Never open the purge completely.
ATTENTION
Secure the plug using a fault current circuit-breaker.
