5 MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Regularly check:
The integrity of electrical supply cables and all electrical connections.
The integrity of the appliance housing (no dent or deterioration of any kind that
could affect the watertightness).
The tightness of sealing parts (cable seals, covers, etc.).
5.1 Maintenance
After dosing with viscuous or crystallised liquids, rinse the pump with clean water.
After rinsing leave water in the pump head.
If necessary, remove the dosing pump anti-return valves manually to clean them (see the type
7800 dosing pump user manual).
• Replace the anti-return valves carefully.
• Fit the parts in the correct order.
• Tightening should be by hand only.
