The main flow Q1 is
greater than Qmax. ;
the manual valve or the
pressure regulator are
probably malfunctioning.
Slowly close the manual
valve until the display is
stable.
Reduce the water pres-
sure.
The new dosage rate DR
cannot be confirmed
The dosage rate DR is
higher than DRmax; the
previous dosage rate DR
is taken into account.
Enter a DR so that the
DR ≤ DRmax
The dosage is incorrect
DRmax or Qmax are
erroneous or were modi-
fied inappropriately.
If the system is locked:
contact your dealer.
If the system is un-
locked: set the values
in accordance with the
instructions.
Dosing pump
The pump does not
function, although the
water is circulating in the
main pipe.
1. No supply voltage
2. The pump would
not start (green LED
flashing)
3. No connection or
insufficient connection
between the control unit
and the dosing pump
(red LED lit)
1. Check the electrical
supply connection
2. Press the pump Start
button (green LED lit)
3. Make the connection
between the control and
the dosing pump, or
strengthen it (red LED
goes out)
The red LED error signal
is lit and the pump is
operating
The red LED is lit be-
cause the pump mo-
mentarily encountered
pressure that was too
high.
Using the pump pro-
gramming menu, re-set
the factory parameters
and the re-parameter the
pump (see paragraph
5.3)
The pump starts up
badly or not at all
The pump is operating
dry during its 1st com-
missioning or after a
long pause
Add a little water using
a small pipe or mo-
mentarily hold a small
receptacle with a suc-
tion pip above the level
of the pump. As soon as
the water arrives in the
head of the pump, it will
start up.
