1.6 Delivery
On receipt, ensure that the contents are not damaged and that the delivery corre-
sponds to the information on the dispatch note.
If this is not the case, contact your Bürkert dealer immediately.
This document does not contain any guarantee acceptance. On this subject, please
refer to our general terms and conditions of sale. A prior condition of the guarantee is
the use of the appliance in accordance with its purpose, in compliance with the spe-
cial terms and conditions of use.
ATTENTION
The guarantee only extends to an absence of defects in the flow
transmitter and its components.
No liability will be accepted for leaks as a result of failure or mal-
function of the appliance.

DISCHARGES
The appliance has electronic components that are extremely
sensitive to any electrostatic discharges (DES). Any contact
by persons or objects charged with static electricity with these
components is likely to cause irreparable damage to them. In
the worst case, these elements may be immediately and ir-
reparably destroyed or refuse to operate when switched on.
Follow the requirements of the standard EN 100 015 - 1 in
order to minimise or avoid any damage that could result from
such discharges. Ensure, also, that the electronic components
do not come into contact with any source of voltage whatso-
ever.
