warranty
registration
form

serial

name,
as

defect
occurs
during
the
warranty
period,

The
V-‐Machine
can
only
be
returned
once
approval
has
been
sought
and
the
following
conditions
are
met:
1. The unit is returned in its original package.
2. A detailed description of the defect and a copy of the purchase receipt are included.
