ASTAT-XT RVSS PANEL
CTB1-11, CTB1-12, CTB1-13
Customer Safety Interlocks Input. Put normally closed contacts between
and CTB-20 CTB1-12 and CTB1-13 and between CTB1-11 and CTB1-20. An open
circuit between these positions will cause the Soft Starter to drop out
resulting in power being removed from the motor. These positions come
jumpered together from the factory and require removal of the factory
jumpers prior to connecting customer normally closed contacts.
CTB1-14 through CTB1-15
Auto Run Input. Put normally open remote run contacts between CTB1-14
and CTB1-15. Closure between these positions is required for the motor
to run in either ASTAT-XT or BYPASS modes when the H-O-A switch is in
the “Auto” position. The positions come jumpered together from the
factory.
CTB1-18
Neutral. This terminal serves only as a voltage reference to the control
circuitry, only potential free contacts may be
Auxiliary Relay(s)
Auxiliary relays are optional to the ASTAT XT RVSS panel and the panel
may be provided with one or two auxiliary relays (unwired) for customer
use based on the Auxiliary contacts selection.
One or two auxiliary relays in contact configuration (3NO-1NC) or (2NO-
2NC) or (1NO-3NC) are provided based on the Contactor configuration
and Auxiliary contact option
